HTC Desire HD

The HTC Desire HD isn’t just like the HTC Desire, it’s even better! It runs on the latest Android 2.2 operating system, has a 4.3-inch touchscreen, an eight-megapixel camera with HD video recording, a 1GHz processor and much, much more.
Android 2.2
The HTC Desire HD uses the latest version of the Google Android operating system (2.2, aka Froyo). This means better web browsing and gaming on your phone, multitasking, Adobe Flash 10.1 support and the ability to turn your phone into a Wi-Fi hotspot so you can share files between your phone and other devices. You'll also have access to all the apps in the Android Market, as well as Google services such as Google Maps and search.
HTC Sense
The mobile phone has the intuitive HTC Sense user interface, allowing you to personalise your new phone and add shortcuts to all your favourite mobile applications whether it's news widgets or blogs. Friend Stream also gives you the ability to put all your contacts, social networking and email in one place so that you can keep up-to-date with friends easily and simply.
Touchscreen
The HTC Desire HD has a 4.3-inch touchscreen display. The phone can run several applications at once and the touchscreen functionality means the applications can easily be flicked between using your fingers.
Fast processor
The smartphone's 1GHz Snapdragon processor means that it can run different applications at the same time without it slowing your phone down too much. It also allows you to open apps and navigate around your phone quickly and easily.
Connectivity
The HTC Desire HD has 3G, HSDPA (mobile broadband) and Wi-Fi providing an excellent mobile internet experience. The Desire HD's web browser gives you access to internet sites directly from your phone so you can check the latest scores, news and train times wherever you are.
GPS
There's no need to get lost with the HTC Desire HD - the smartphone's inbuilt GPS acts as a general SatNav device when used with Google Maps Navigation.
Eight-megapixel camera
The phone has an eight-megapixel camera with auto focus and HD video recording. Once you've taken your photos you can store them on your phone or share them with friends by uploading them to Facebook or Flickr.
Music Player
The HTC Desire HD has a music player that supports most digital formats including MP3 and AAC. It also supports 32GB MicroSD cards so you can store thousands of tracks on the mobile phone
